Video Process
Video surveillance is widely used to provide proof of unsuspecting acts. Now, we can integrate this system in process serving to benefit our customers.
Our new video process service is designed for our clients to view the service as it happens.
Now you can actually see the individual whom the papers have been served on. This will help you identify the person and to avoid any reasonable doubt that the papers have actually been served.
We utilize a small hidden camera that's worn by the Process Server. Upon service, the hidden camera captures the surrounding area and the individual who answers the door.
After service, the video will be uploaded and only you can view it on line. You will receive a link via email. You may download the video for your record.
By law, everyone has a reasonable exception of privacy, including the individual to whom we serve the papers on.
Therefore, we shall obtain video only of the individual outside their door area and never inside their home. To avoid the wire tapping laws, " AUDIO WILL NOT BE INCLUDED."
Video may not be captured depending on the current environment or lighting conditions.
If we obtain poor video quality or unable to capture the image of the individual, YOU WILL NEVER BE CHARGED for our effort.
