You may send your summons & complaints, subpoenas, land-lord tenant, family court papers, order to show cause, writs and other legal court documents to us via e-mail, fax, regular mail or as an attachment in our assignment page at our secured website.

Once the papers are served, you will be notified and copies of the documents, along with an affidavit of service will be provided.

A Process Server must be licensed with the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. Our agency holds an organizational license as well as a Process Server credential.

In addition to our service area of New York City, we can also deliver your legal documents to Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland Counties.
